Hi, I’m Dawn and I believe mortgage and insurance advice should feel personal, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive.

I’ve been in the financial services industry since 2006, working across banking, insurance, compliance, and also supporting people through recovery as an ACC Case Manager. It’s a bit of a varied background, but it means I know how to handle the details, explain things clearly, and support people through some of life’s big (and sometimes stressful) moments.

These days, I work for myself, which means I get to focus on what matters most: the people I’m helping. I take the time to really listen, answer all your questions (no matter how small), and come up with practical solutions that actually fit your life.

People often tell me they feel more at ease after we’ve talked, like they finally understand what’s going on and have someone in their corner. That’s really what drives me. I’m here to take the pressure off, walk you through the steps, and make sure you feel supported the whole way through.

I’m based in beautiful Nelson with my husband, Kevin. While I call Nelson home, I work with and support clients from all over New Zealand. Our two adult daughters live away now, but family remains a big part of my life. Outside of work, I love getting out into nature. You’ll often find me hiking, strength training, mountain biking, or helping out at local cycling events. Staying active helps keep me balanced, and I bring that same energy, focus, and determination into the way I work with clients.
